At UMA SUTRA, we believe the journey is just as important as the destination. We work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition so you can start enjoying your new pieces without delay.
Order Processing
Before your order heads out the door, we need a little time to prepare it with care.

Timeline: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Details: We process orders Monday through Friday. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, we’ll start working on it the following business day.

Note: During high-volume periods (like new collection launches or the holidays), processing may take an extra day or two. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Methods & Estimates
We offer several ways to get your UMA SUTRA favorites to you. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Tracking Your Journey
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

International Shipping & Customs
We love our global community and ship to most countries worldwide!

Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Customs Delays: Occasionally, customs processing can delay delivery beyond our initial estimates. This is out of our control, but we’ll do our best to help you track it down.
Missing or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives looking like it’s been through a storm, please take photos and contact us at support@umasutra.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but your porch is empty, wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark things early!). If it still hasn't appeared, reach out to us so we can start an investigation with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for Express orders.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.
